Lost the theme.

Sigh. This is why I tell you drupal (the Content Management System on which this site is built) isn't for amateurs. My theme stopped working after a security upgrade. I don't know if I'll take the time to retrieve my historical colours.

Well I guess that's a lesson

Well I guess that's a lesson learned for you. Maybe Wordpress would do if you're a beginner. Drupal is more of for the mid to senior developers. But I salute you for a brave try.

Using this web-based casino I've discovered that I will have the many online casino australia casino chips and get additional online casino cash when compared to any other casino internet site.

i think about it...

I do think about just moving it all to WordPress, but then I realize a bunch of little things I do more or less have working on drupal that I couldn't reproduce there. Or that I'd spend hours with the help files to do. Hours on that vs. hours keeping pace with drupal. Toss-up! I recommend to other people in my position to use WordPress.

podcasts

Hi! I started doing Feldenkrais as part of a chronic pain management program in Chicago. I loved how relaxing I found it and how it really made me take note throughout the day of any tension I was holding in various parts of my body. 5 months after completing the program I finally got around to looking into purchasing some Feldenkrais lessons on iTunes and I discovered your podcast. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you offer these free of charge, and how much I enjoyed "Shoulder and Hip Circles". Not only am I back on track to staying relaxed, but I'm also now taking a chunk of time for myself each day. Any specific podcasts you recommend for myofascial/neck pain? (I have pretty severe arthritis in my neck and serious myofascial pain/TMJ along with it) Thanks again for offering these lessons via podcast!

neck pain

Hi Kelly,

Glad to hear the lessons are useful to you!

Sometimes a great thing for neck pain is to work on sensation and flexibility in the feet, and clarity in the hips, oddly enough. The neck responds strongly to any feeling of poor balance.

You can look at all lessons on one page here: http://kinesophics.ca/diyatm/audio_all and look for "The foot and its movements in space," for bringing greater awareness to the foot and freedom in the ankle. A lesson like "Coordinating flexors and extensors" gets the ribs and spine below the neck nicely flexible and gives the neck some relief. If things are going all right, "Making the spine flexible and integrating it" and the two that follow (above, both name starting with "on the side") will take that idea farther.

Just some starting ideas! You can try anything and it offer you some help.

I would really suggest for

I would really suggest for you to ask some help from some Drupal experts. We are a community here in Drupal and so I believe that there are people out there who will be more than willing to give some great tips for you.

Casino: There's lots of gambling internet sites available claiming that they are one of the best on the web gambling site out there although the truth of the matter is this fact is the one offering the greatest pokies bonus deals also, the maximum casino payouts.
