problems downloading

Did you hit the play button,
Did you hit the play button, or did you click on "download audio file"? It works fine both ways for me, but that doesn't help you. If you haven't tried one of those two methods, give it a shot and let me know what happens.
problems downloading
I downloaded audio file and saved it to the hard disc. The whole lesson is there in terms of time but there's no sound. I've tried it twice now and each time same result. will try again.

I'd certainly offer a full refund! In any case I am sorry that you have wasted time on it. I'm no expert in these matters, and can't reproduce the problem, so I'm at the limit of my ability to help. I uploaded this file the same way I've uploaded the others, so it's a mystery....now I know you have given up but I've attached it in another way (as you should see above) in case you want to try downloading that, or in case anyone else should have the same problem and wants to try another option.

Apologies if I came across as whining. I was frustrated that I couldn't download the lesson. Haven't had this problem before. I appreciate your adding the attachment, Lynette, but it still won't play. I get 53mins of white noise. Thanks very much for trying to help. And by the way I do appreciate this site and all the marvellous work you're doing

I did worry in setting this
I did worry in setting this up that I have to do it on an as-is basis (given that I have a full-time job apart from my Feldenkrais practice), so I've been dreading the first technical problem that I'd be unable to deal with! When I get a moment to try, I'll try re-saving the file from the original recording and attaching that...probably not for a little spell.
