Classical twist on the side with an advanced opening

The kayak image isn't Moshe's; it's local colour. We specialize in local colour in Nova Scotia. Meanwhile, I doubt there's a better lesson for lengthening your neck, greasing your hips (how did that happen?), changing your walk, and reorganizing the use of your arms. Check it out.

local colour: it is your
local colour: it is your image, and perfect! (dr. local colour!)
the most incredible neck lesson I've had (and I've had many!)
"neck lesson"
Isn't it something? It's my new instant-cure lesson for anything that feels vaguely like quasi-not-diagnosable-but-still-kind-of-like thoracic outlet syndrome. Done sensitively and not brutally of course. But you could do a lot of years of Feldenkrais and not stumble on this one and not get yourself clarified in this particular way.
The Classical Twist
Hello Lynette,
I have been dealing with left rotator cuff injury for three plus years.
This particular lesson proved very beneficial on first try today.
The weight of my arms have lightened and my core feels solid and more stable.
I will be doing this lesson a few more times.
I have been very fortunate some 20 years ago when I needed help with a thoracic injury. Just so happened I lived in Cardiff by The Sea
and stumbled into the Feldenkrais Institute. I felt really blessed since at that time there were three major centers in the world,
Switzerland, Israel and Cardiff, California. I have lived all over the world since and I am far form Cardiff now.
Needless to say I feel just as fortunate to have found you at this time.
These effortless lessons work well and quickly for me since I used to almost float on air my feet barely touching the ground.
A wonderful practitioner Pam Clark pointed out to me that
these effortless lessons work well and quickly for me since
I know what feeling I am aiming for, when I told her I used to feel like I floated on air effortlessly as if my feet did not touch the ground.
Your generosity in sharing all these recordings is only surpassed by your expert guidance through these fantastic priceless lessons.
Thank you so much.
Elisabeth
